MAC Summer Members’ Show

The Marion Art Center is accepting entries for its Summer Members’ Show, which runs Aug. 15 through Sept. 18. An opening reception is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15, from 3 to 5 p.m. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
Artists may drop off work Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or Tuesday, Aug. 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Anyone with a current Marion Art Center membership may submit one piece. Artwork must be original, completed within the past five years, and not previously exhibited at the Marion Art Center.
All work must be ready for installation and clearly labeled with the artist’s name. Two-dimensional pieces should be labeled on the back. The Marion Art Center will not accept work or frames that are in poor condition.
