Island Park Ribbon Cutting

Island Park will debut with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. at 1157 Acushnet Ave. in New Bedford.
The Cape Verdean Association in New Bedford is hosting the event and welcoming the community to mark the opening of the space.
Light refreshments will be served. Live entertainment is also planned.
