In the Heart of the Sea: Author Talk

Author and historian Nathaniel Philbrick will speak on Thursday, Oct. 17, at 6:30 p.m. at Fairhaven Town Hall. The free talk opens the Debra Charpentier Lecture Series, honoring a local historian whose work continues to inspire.
Philbrick is the National Book Award-winning author of “In the Heart of the Sea,” “Mayflower, Valiant Ambition,” and “In the Hurricane’s Eye.” His books explore American history through powerful storytelling and research.
Donations are welcome. Sponsorships of $250 and above include social media recognition and reserved seating.
