United Way of Greater New Bedford, FUN 107 and 1420 WBSM are working together to help families in the region facing serious challenges. That may include job loss, medical issues or sudden bills. The program focuses on people with real needs who do not often ask for help.
Nominations are open to residents of Acushnet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Freetown, Marion, Mattapoisett, New Bedford, Rochester, Wareham and Westport. Participants must be willing to share their story. Submit nominations on the United Way of Greater New Bedford website.
