“Hauntings at the Fort” at Fort Phoenix
The Fairhaven Village Militia will present “Hauntings at the Fort” on Oct. 14 at Fort Phoenix in Fairhaven.
This special edition of “Evenings at the Fort” will begin at dusk, around 5:30 p.m. The free program will feature ghost stories, local folklore, and Revolutionary War history connected to the fort.
Stories are presented as folklore, legend, and theatrical storytelling, not as documented paranormal events. The event is designed to entertain while also highlighting the history of Fort Phoenix.
Advance registration is required because space is limited. Walk-ins may not be admitted.
Registration opens Oct. 1 on the Fairhaven Village Militia website.
