Costumes, karaoke, and good times are on the menu at Ying Dynasty’s Halloween party on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 7 to 10 p.m.
Guests can sing their favorite songs, show off their best Halloween looks, and compete for a prize in the costume contest.
