GRIOT’s CORNER for writers

On the third Wednesday of each month, the Underground Railroad Café & Gallery hosts The GRIOT’s CORNER, a creative space for writers. This open mic and workshop event invites poets, essayists, storytellers, rappers, and playwrights to share their work, receive feedback, and connect with fellow writers.

Led by Mwalim, an award-winning author and professor at UMass Dartmouth, The GRIOT’s CORNER provides a supportive environment for writers of all backgrounds and experience levels to develop their craft.
