Gary Hoey at Narrows

Rock and blues guitarist Gary Hoey performs Friday, April 3. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $43 in advance and $45 on the day of the show.
Hoey is touring in support of Avalanche, his first album since 2019. The release on Wazoo Music Group includes guest vocals from Lita Ford on “You Know I Would,” along with appearances by his son, Ian Hoey, on “Summer’s Here” and “Dear Mama,” a tribute to his mother.
Hoey described the album as a return to his rock roots, with a louder, more energetic sound. He said the project also reflects a personal period when challenges seemed to arrive all at once.
