Fairhaven Housing Authority meeting

The Fairhaven Housing Authority will meet at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, in the second-floor computer room at Oxford Terrace, 275 Main St.
Board members are scheduled to review July meeting minutes, financial reports, bills, tenant aging, vacancy numbers, and utility costs. Old business includes security, pest control, smoking issues, and plans involving property at Oxford Terrace.
Capital improvement updates include:
Master meter work at Oxford Terrace.
A fire alarm upgrade that is nearing completion.
Bathroom exhaust fan improvements.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detector work at Green Meadows II.
Window replacement projects at Oxford Terrace and other properties.
Keyless entry installation at Oxford Terrace.
Slider replacement work.
A fire alarm upgrade that is nearing completion.

The board will also hear the director’s report, discuss future agenda items, and take questions from commissioners. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 17.
