Cyanotype and Anthotype Print Process Making

Sun Printing Workshop will be held on May 9 from 10 a.m. to noon. The fee is $55.

This class explores cyanotype and anthotype sun printing using botanicals, sunlight, water, and light-sensitive materials. Students will make several finished prints and learn how to mix and apply cyanotype solution to produce blue photographic images.

The workshop also covers anthotype printing, which uses natural pigments such as turmeric to create soft botanical images. The class is geared toward anyone interested in nature, photography, and printmaking.
