Compost Bin Day at Crapo Hill Landfill

New Bedford will hold Compost Bin Day on Saturday, April 11, from 8 to 10:45 a.m. at the Crapo Hill Landfill. The event is open to residents of New Bedford and Dartmouth. ID is required.
Residents can buy a backyard compost bin for $25. Payment is cash, check, or money order only. The goal is to help people compost at home and reduce waste.
