Composer Fabiola Méndez to perform at Zeiterion

NEW BEDFORD — Fabiola Méndez, an Emmy-nominated composer known for her unique blend of folk, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean influences, will appear at the Zeiterion on Thursday, June 11.
Born in Puerto Rico, her music takes audiences on a journey as she shares and celebrates the cuatro (a traditional Puerto Rican instrument), folk music, and collective storytelling. She’s performed at venues such as NPR Tiny Desk, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Celebrity Series of Boston, and more.
Tickets are $35, $45 +FEES.
