City Planning Board meeting

New Bedford’s Planning Board will meet virtually at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026. There will be a 2½-hour time limit, and must end by 8:30 p.m.
Agenda items include a site plan review for the renovation of 211 Union St. into 35 apartments. A new private hangar project at the municipal airport is slated for review.
Board members will consider a request to release lots from covenant restrictions in Bartlett Estates. Subdivision updates, Ch. 91 notices, and a city planner update are on the agenda.
