Can We Talk community discussion

Bethel A.M.E. Church in New Bedford will launch “Can We Talk,” a new monthly community program focused on trauma and healing. The first gathering is on Tuesday, Jan. 20, with the featured speaker being the Rev. Liz Walker. Walker is a former WBZ-TV Boston news co-anchor and the founder and author of “No One Left Alone.”
Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. Walker will speak at 6:15 p.m. Community discussion follows at 7 p.m. Registration is free, though seating is limited. The church is located at 532 County St.
