Author Forum: “Abolishing War” with Dr. Winston Langley debates whether war can be eliminated in today’s global climate. Langley argues that peace and international security are achievable. Sunday, April 19, 4 to 5:30 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Fairhaven. Admission is free.
Langley will discuss the book, followed by a conversation with Dr. Deborah Winslow Nutter and a Q&A.
A professor emeritus of political science and international relations at the University of Massachusetts Boston, Langley brings decades of experience. Nutter is a former senior associate dean and professor at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
