America 250 Celebration: Fall River

Fall River’s biggest summer tradition is set for Saturday, July 4, as fireworks return to the waterfront for the America 250 Celebration. Activities begin at 5 p.m. Fireworks are scheduled for 9 p.m.
Public viewing locations include:
- Heritage State Park
- Senator Thomas Norton City Pier
- Veterans Memorial Bicentennial Park
Battleship Cove also offers a unique view from the deck of the USS Massachusetts.
- Adults: $18
- Children ages 4 to 12: $15
- Gates open: 7 p.m.
- Last entry: 8:45 p.m.
With fireworks over the Taunton River, waterfront views, and the city’s historic landmarks as a backdrop, the celebration marks the nation’s 250th anniversary in classic Fall River fashion.
