AHA! hosts discussion on ‘Partnerships for a Successful Downtown New Bedford’

NEW BEDFORD — AHA! New Bedford will host a community meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 30, to discuss  “Partnerships for a Successful Downtown.”

Attendees are invited to explore trends in downtown New Bedford, share their vision, and discuss the strategies to get there.  The AHA! team will review its expanded role to facilitate conversations about management services for downtown New Bedford.

A local business owner will talk about their experience of the current economic climate, and Andre Leroux from the MassINC  policy center will present key findings from his report, District Management for Downtown Vitality.

This will be followed by a Q&A session. The community can also sign up for additional focus group meetings, which will take place in October and November. Pizza will be served.
