Abstract Painting Class

Work with mixed media and abstract painting with guided direction. The class includes live demonstrations and thoughtful, one-on-one feedback. Projects may include gel plate printing, collage, pastel work, and paper printing. All skill levels are welcome. Instruction meets each participant where they are.

Instructor Jill Law studied at the Rhode Island School of Design. She is a professional interior designer and visual artist with more than 20 years of experience. Her work appears across New England and South Florida. Exhibitions include galleries and museums nationwide. Law is a founding member and former gallery director of Dartmouth Cultural Center. She is also a longtime member of South Coast Artists Inc. and an elected signature member of the National Association of Women Artists.

Classes meet on six Fridays: Jan. 9, 16, 22, and 26, and Feb. 6 and 13, 2026. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to noon. The fee starts at $180.
