Cat’s head basket workshop
November 6 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Make a functional, decorative basket in this intermediate-level weaving workshop. The design includes a square base with four distinctive legs resembling a cat’s head and ears, then curves into a round top.
Participants will learn the weaving process and leave with a handmade basket suitable for food handling or gifting. Previous basket-weaving experience is required.
The workshop runs on Friday, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the New Bedford Arts and Cultural Emporium, Suite 2.
Admission is $65. Materials are included.
