Trey Hensley at Narrows
GRAMMY Award winner and two-time reigning “IBMA Guitar Player of the Year” Trey Hensley performs Thursday, Sept. 24, at 8 p.m. at the Narrows Center for the Arts. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance or $32 the day of the show, with all-in pricing and no additional fees.
NPR has called Hensley a “musical phenom,” and Bluegrass Today a “guitar-slinging superhero.” His work has also earned praise from Merle Haggard and Marty Stuart.
An invitee to Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival, Hensley has collaborated with Johnny Cash, Vince Gill, Dolly Parton, Taj Mahal, and Tommy Emmanuel. He is known for his guitar playing, musicianship and soulful storytelling.
Hensley recently announced his signature guitar with Taylor Guitars, the Trey Hensley Gold Label 510e. His latest album, “Can’t Outrun the Blues,” was released March 6, 2026. The title track spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on the bluegrass charts.
