Rite of Reflection at Battleship Cove

Battleship Cove will hold its annual Rite of Reflection from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts 9/11 Memorial near the entrance at 5 Water St.in Fall River.
The observance honors those who died in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. It will include a wreath-laying and guest speakers. Local fire and police honor guards will also take part, along with a 21-gun salute from the USS Massachusetts’ 5-inch guns.
Open to the public.
