International Overdose Awareness Day NB

Greater New Bedford Overdose Awareness Day will be held Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in downtown New Bedford. This marks 25 years of remembrance, awareness, and action.
Community members are invited to remember those lost to overdose, support people who are grieving, and stand with individuals and families affected by substance use.
Families who would like to include a loved one in this year’s memorial may submit a photo through the Greater New Bedford Opioid Task Force website. Photos must be submitted by someone related to the individual.
