Special class in I AM Yoga Nidra technique

A special class in I AM Yoga Nidra will be given on Saturday, June 6, at Kilburn Mill in New Bedford.
I AM Yoga Nidra is an effortless, ancient, guided meditation technique that consists of a series of body, breath and awareness techniques designed to help you gently move into progressive states of relaxation and non-doing. In this practice you may be lying down, reclining, leaning against something, whatever is comfortable.
This is a way to gain the benefits of meditation without having to learn how to meditate. They include relaxation, restoration, stress management, awareness.
You may bring a Yoga mat or something to lie on, pillows (one for head and one for knees to support lower back), eye mask, blanket, water and a journal. The studio has additional props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters.
