Friends Helping Friends benefit dinner

Willoughby’s Cafe will hold its seventh annual Friends Helping Families dinner on Friday, Dec. 19, from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at 481 Ashley Blvd. in New Bedford. The fundraiser supports local families in need during the holiday season.
Tickets are $25 and include a three-course dinner with tossed green salad, Italian baked penne with bread and butter, and dessert. Music will be provided by EBJ Enterprise, and raffles add to the holiday fun. Businesses may take part in sponsorships, including a 10-dinner Presidential level for $250 and a 20-dinner gold level for $500.
Proceeds help provide Christmas essentials for families facing hardship.
