NEW BEDFORD — Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 5 p.m. is the deadline to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot for the New Bedford municipal preliminary election on Oct. 7.
You may apply on the same form for the mail-in or absentee ballot for the Nov. 4 election.
