Call for Vendors: 2025 Harvest Craft Fair

The Whaling City Catholic Community will host its 5th annual Harvest Craft Fair on Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 19 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Holy Name Parish Center in New Bedford. The venue is handicap accessible.

Thirty indoor booths are available, each with one table and two chairs. Outdoor booths will be set up in the parish parking lot. Indoor booths are $50 for the weekend, with limited electricity available. Outdoor booths are the same price and must be self-equipped.

No food vendors or trucks are accepted, though packaged candy, cookies and favors are permitted. Reservations require payment and a diocesan indemnity agreement. Applications and payment are due by Oct. 4.
