Needle Felted Wooly Sheep

This needle felting workshop introduces the basics of fiber sculpture through a playful sheep project. Participants use wool and felting needles to handshape and build a small figure.
The class walks through key techniques while forming the body, head, legs, and facial details, then finishes with a textured wool coat. The skills gained can be applied to other felting projects, making this a strong starting point for beginners.
Sessions are held on Thursday, Jan. 15, or Thursday, Feb. 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Bedford Arts and Cultural Emporium at Kilburn Mill, Studio 260. The fee is $55.
