Unplugged in the MAC Gallery

The Unplugged series returns to the Patsy Francis Gallery with pianist Nina Ott and bassist Chris Lopes. Two sets will be offered, each about an hour, with cabaret-style seating.

Ott is known for her range across jazz, Latin, funk and gospel. She has also taught at Berklee and the Stanford Jazz Workshop. Lopes is an award-winning bassist and composer who has performed worldwide, including at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass and the Chicago Jazz Festival.

Guests will hear jazz standards and original works on mostly acoustic instruments. Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
