DESCRIPTION:Martha’s Pantry at Grace provides groceries each week to households in Greater New Bedford. The food available includes fresh produce and bread. The goal is to supply three meals a day for three days for each family member. Households may visit once a month.\n\nPantry is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Service follows New Bedford school weather closures.\n\nFor information\, contact Grace Church at 508-993-0547 or office@gracechurchnb.org.\n\nCommunity members are invited to support this ministry.

SUMMARY:250 Years: Music of America at Grace Episcopal Church
DESCRIPTION:Greater New Bedford Choral Society will mark America’s 250th anniversary with a spring concert on Sunday\, May 3\, at 3:30 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church. Tickets are $20 general admission and $30 VIP. \nThe program features a mix of classical works and timeless favorites. Selections include Randall Thompson’s “Frostiana\,” Aaron Copland’s “Simple Gifts\,” spirituals\, Americana tunes\, and standards such as “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” and “What a Wonderful World.” Audience sing-alongs are also planned. \nFounded in 1964\, Greater New Bedford Choral Society is a non-audition SATB choir serving southeastern Massachusetts. Ensemble recently welcomed new artistic director Brian Dean Sousa\, a New Bedford native with degrees from Westminster Choir College and James Madison University. \nMore information is available at gnbcs.org.
