SUMMARY:Fall River Seafood Festival
DESCRIPTION:Fresh seafood\, live music\, and waterfront are the highlights at the Fall River Seafood Festival on Saturday\, May 23\, at the Fall River Carousel and Fall River Heritage State Park.\n\nThe festival runs from 2 to 6 p.m. and features seafood tastings from local restaurants inside Kyler’s Seafood Hall\, presented by Kyler’s Catch of New Bedford. Admission is $15 and includes access to a lineup of seafood dishes made with locally sourced catches. Tickets will be available at the door.\n\nRed Oak Hospitality will prepare a jumbo seafood paella throughout the afternoon. An oyster and caviar garden will also feature freshly shucked oysters\, cocktails from Primo’s Bartending\, and locally brewed beer.\n\nDJ Dan Mac will perform in front of the carousel\, and live music will play throughout Heritage State Park. Food trucks and waterfront activities are also planned. Free rides on the Fall River Water Taxi will run all day between Ferry Street and Bicentennial Park.

DESCRIPTION:The Fall River Arts and Culture Coalition is bringing two standout events to ArtWeek SouthCoast 2026: Fall River Illuminated and the Spindle City Arts Trolley. The festival runs May 8 through May 17 across Southeastern Massachusetts. The SouthCoast Community Foundation hosts the regional celebration\, spotlighting local artists\, performers and cultural organizations. \nThe Spindle City Arts Trolley runs May 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free hop-on\, hop-off route links galleries\, studios and cultural spaces across Fall River. Stops include Heritage State Park\, Narrows Center for the Arts and the Fall River Museum of Contemporary Art. Riders can meet artists\, take in exhibitions and discover the city’s creative corners.
