His estranged son\, Tommy\, visits\, hoping to rebuild their relationship while also seeking financial support. A social worker encourages Tommy to take power of attorney. The situation brings tension and an uneasy reliance between them.\n\nEach performance includes a talkback with the playwright\, cast\, and creative team. Ardell developed the work over the past year under the guidance of mentors Tony Ferreira and Harvey Ussach.

DESCRIPTION:WAREHAM — Damien’s Food Pantry provides food to residents of Bristol\, Plymouth and Barnstable counties on Thursdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. \nIts mission is to help end hunger in the South Coast region of Massachusetts by providing food to individuals experiencing food insecurity\, promoting education and awareness about hunger in our community\, and providing information to our guests about other community resources. All are welcome. \nFirst-time visitors will need to provide information about their household. They are required to complete a short application\, show proof of residency\, and verify all occupants residing in the home. Verifications will be required annually. New applications are accepted Thursdays and Saturdays between 8-11:30 a.m. \nThe last shop of the day will start at 11:45 a.m.  Anyone arriving after 11:45 a.m. will receive a pre-packaged box of food. \nThe pantry will be closed Friday\, July 4- Monday\, July 7. \nThe organization makes food available to over 1\,200 households monthly.  If you or someone you know needs food\, please contact us.   The pantry is located at 242 Marion Road\, Wareham\, MA 02571.  Mailing Address: P.O. If you are unable to physically volunteer at the pantry\, but would still like to help\, we have opportunities for remote activities. \nHere is more information about volunteer opportunities.   \nThe pantry depends on financial support\, volunteers and food donations from individuals\, corporations\, agencies\, and foundations to help feed the hungry.  Donations are tax deductible.

A free bike check event on Saturday\, May 9\, from 9:30 a.m. to noon is a chance to get it tuned up after the winter months.\n\nVolunteers will be on hand to look bikes over and provide basic maintenance such as brake adjustments and chain lubrication. They can also offer advice on repairs that should be addressed before riding. Replacement parts\, including spokes and brake pads\, will not be available.\n\nCoffee and family-friendly games will be available while work is underway. Registration is recommended to reserve an arrival time\, though walk-ins are welcome as space allows.\n\nThe event will be canceled in the case of foul weather.
