They are also an award-winning filmmaker and experienced film festival programmer. Herrup holds a doctorate in radio-TV-film from the University of Texas at Austin. \n“Wilding” (David Allen\, 2024; 75 minutes) \n“We can save our world if we want to” is more than a hopeful idea in “Wilding.” The documentary follows the transformation of an English country estate after its owners allow nature to take the lead. \nFarmland once shaped by intensive agriculture is turned over to a mix of tame and wild animals. The unconventional conservation project helps restore plants and wildlife to land once heavily treated with chemicals\, offering a striking look at what can happen when nature is given room to recover.

DESCRIPTION:Since 2011\, a South Coast favorite has brought free wellness classes to Cushman Park. Now in its 15th year\, the program continues with 10 weeks of yoga and Qigong\, held Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. from June 16 through Aug. 21. \nFree Qigong begins June 19 and runs Fridays at 8:30 a.m. through Aug. 21.
