DESCRIPTION:The New Bedford Conservation Commission will meet Tuesday\, Nov. 3\, at 6:30 p.m. at the Brooklawn Senior Center\, 1997 Acushnet Ave. \nAgenda \nCommissioners will continue a public hearing on Antonio Alves’s proposal to construct a five-story\, 72-unit apartment building on Braley Road. Plans include parking and utilities within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. \nA hearing on invasive vegetation management at Victory Park has been continued to Dec. 1.  Additional agenda items include the Oct. 20 meeting minutes and the commission’s 2027 meeting schedule. \n
