The project would run through several riverfront parcels.\n\nNew hearings include a proposal to build a fenced communications facility on Duchaine Boulevard. Plans call for a 180-foot tower\, equipment shelter\, generator extension and three antennas. City officials say the tower would support communications for police\, fire and emergency medical services.\n\nCommissioners will also review plans for a five-story\, 72-unit apartment building on Braley Road. The project includes parking and utilities within a wetlands buffer zone.\n\nThe commission will also consider minutes from its Aug. 4 meeting. Its next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday\, Sept. 1\, at 6:30 p.m. at the Brooklawn Senior Center.
