The rain date is Sunday\, Sept. 27.\n\nWildman will discuss habitat protection\, climate adaptation\, and how environmental changes affect management of protected land.\n\nParticipants will meet at the reserve parking lot\, about one-tenth of a mile south of 300 Horseneck Road in Dartmouth\, across from the Sylvan Nursery barn. The walk lasts about one hour. Sturdy shoes and protection from mosquitoes and ticks are recommended.

Electronics\, appliances\, items with plugs or batteries\, and reusable bicycles will be accepted for recycling. \nPricing \n$5: Small electronics\, computers\, laptops\, printers\, stereos\, radios\, speakers\, game consoles\, lamps\, fans\, cameras\, power tools and holiday lights. \n$10: Small appliances\, vacuums\, toaster ovens\, air fryers\, coffee makers\, sewing machines\, car seats and strollers. \n$20: Monitors\, microwaves\, dehumidifiers\, air conditioners\, large printers\, yard equipment\, artificial Christmas trees and empty propane tanks. \n$25: TVs up to 26 inches\, CRT monitors\, outdoor grills and dorm-size refrigerators. \n$30: TVs 26 to 35 inches\, washers\, dryers\, stoves\, dishwashers\, large appliances\, lawn equipment\, exercise equipment\, generators and water heaters. \n$35: TVs larger than 36 inches\, large refrigerators and riding lawn mowers. \n$40: Projection TVs. \nCellphones\, reusable bicycles\, game media and accessories\, wires\, cables\, chargers\, car and truck batteries\, DVDs\, keyboards and tablets are free.
