DESCRIPTION:The Town of Acushnet is seeking public input on street safety and accessibility. A pop-up outreach event is scheduled for Tuesday\, Jan. 27\, from 2:30 to 7 p.m. at the Acushnet Public Library.\n\nOutreach supports the Acushnet Complete Streets Prioritization Plan. The plan will identify at least 15 potential improvement projects across town. Focus areas include sidewalks\, crosswalks\, bike lanes\, and intersections. Goals include safer and more comfortable travel for people who walk\, bike\, roll\, or drive.\n\nResidents can stop by the outreach table to share concerns about locations that feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Feedback will help guide future transportation improvements.\n\nThose unable to attend in person can complete an online survey.
