Enjoy a mindful morning stretch in the garden. The class moves under the tent in the case of rain. Bring a mat and water.
This class runs Saturdays through September (no class on June 17 & July 22). Free to YMCA members/non-YMCA member fee: $10 per class. Pay your fee online before class.
