Cisco Brewery hosts sunrise power yoga with Pam Teves-Benes and Nicole Cleary, co-owners of Divine Yoga. During this one-hour beachfront class, participants move through yoga postures while building heat and gaining strength. This session incorporates strength, balance, and breath into the flow and leaving plenty of time to play with postures or learn new ones. All levels are encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water. Register online here. Walk-ins are welcome.
