Yoga at Buttonwood Park

Join the New Bedford Wellness Initiative certified yoga instructors for a free summer yoga class on Mondays throughout the summer. All levels of wellness are welcome. Bring a towel, blocks (optional), a yoga mat, and water.
Park at the warming house and cross the street to the right of the Buttonwood arboretum by the greenhouse and playground.
