Women’s History Month Tours at Whaling Museum

In honor of Women’s History Month, the New Bedford Whaling Museum offers their Whaling City Women Highlights Tour four days a week —Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays — at 1 p.m. throughout March. Each 60-minute tour is included in the price of museum admission that day. Led by a museum docent, visitors can take in a variety of exhibits and learn the often-overlooked stories of the women who contributed to New Bedford’s history.
