Tree Talk at Southworth Library
April 26 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

A special Arbor Day information evening will be held at the Southworth Library, presented by Dartmouth Tree Committee [DTC] and Friends.
Presenters will discuss several exciting initiatives: A town-wide “Trees Are Cool” planting program; the Dartmouth Distinctive Trees project, allowing residents to sing the praises of extraordinary trees; and a citizens’ science initiative to inventory Dartmouth’s street trees. Principal Liz Correia will report on an Arbor Day celebration at DeMello School. Plus, hear about tree species that are especially good at sheltering and feeding wildlife.
