The Waging Liberation: The Dynamics of Race and Labor

UMass Dartmouth will host a conference from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16, followed by the 48th annual Arnold M. Dubin Labor Education Center Awards from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

The keynote speaker and recipient of the Dubin award is Rev. Dr. William Joseph Barber II, the founding director of the Center for Public Theology and Public Policy at Yale Divinity School.

Other award winners include Lisa Jochim, Cynthia Rodrigues and Steven A. Tolman.
