The Listening Hour

The Listening Hour has been used worldwide since 2020 to support people experiencing conflict and trauma. It also allows a place to gather and share intimate living moments.
The purpose of the Listening Hour is to share stories. If we can be open to what comes up at the moment to share, sometimes we are surprised. What we have to say is often interesting and memorable for others. Our stories hold wisdom, and sharing them can build resilience in difficult times. In this way, as a community, we can build upon this wisdom.
The fee is a $5–10 sliding scale.
