The Art of 2 Mad Women No. 2: Gallery X
February 17, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Susan Hauck is a self-taught, lifelong learner. As she describes, her work focuses on the mid-century “Atomic Age” with a healthy dose of humor. Susan also respects the far east cultures, geisha being the main focus.
Also, self-taught, Cherilynn Pimental has spent her life creating as a closet artist. While she loves nature, her art takes her in many directions. Most of her work involves recycled items. Cheryl also dabbles in taxidermy, jewelry, painting, and anything she finds interesting that she can make her own.
The two artists met years ago when Cherilynn’s son introduced the women at Gallery X. Sue and her husband Chuck encouraged Cherilynn to spread her wings. Both Susan and Cherilynn have a unique style with a comedic touch. So, their artwork meshes well together.
The opening reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12.
