Stop Apologizing with Lauren Lemieux
June 27 @ 9:00 am

Have you ever started an email with “sorry for the delay”? Whether you’re catching up from a well-deserved vacation or just plain busy, what is that voice that urges you to apologize? Or, consider this – what is your first thought when you are on the receiving end of an apology?
In this interactive workshop, you will learn to cultivate awareness of auto-apologies and other common language traps. We will also practice how to determine your true intention and use language accordingly. By giving yourself space in the moment between thinking it and writing or speaking it, you will reclaim the opportunity to speak deliberately and honor yourself, too.
