SouthCoast 2023 Buddies Club sessions

The Humane Society and Shelter will host four sessions of the Annual Buddies Club this summer for kids aged 6–10. Sessions will be held on July 10–14, July 24-28, August 7–11, and August 21–25. Please choose one or all of them for your child to attend for $225/per child per session. They happen from 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on weekdays. Transportation to the shelter is required. Participants can bring their lunch. Adults will be asked to sign their children in and out every day. Space is limited. Shelter ‘Buddies’ learn how to properly care for and interact with different types of animals and how our non-profit Shelter operates. Everyone who attends will make new friends, both human and non-human. Each day, we will have different local guest speakers from the animal care field, daily projects, games, crafts, and even some homework. It is a place where questions are always encouraged because the goal is to provide a safe, fun learning environment each day.
