Join Groundwork for a dynamic deep-dive into the Harvard negotiation approach led by Eugene B. Kogan of Harvard Business School. You will learn Harvard’s win-win approach to negotiation in a small group setting. This session will include practical tools that attendees can use in coaching their teams to negotiate better. The discussion will revolve as much as possible around the participants’ substantive interests. Targeted video clips will also be used to illustrate key insights.
