Opening Reception: The Macy Women
September 30 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Three sisters born into an artistic heritage unite their art to tell their individual stories. Discover expressive, illuminating palettes of color with styles unique to each artist.
Artistic talent runs through the Macy genes, dating back to Wendell Macy in the late 1800s and early 1900s and William Starbuck Macy in the mid-1800s and mid-1900s.
This artistic perspective is a thread that unites the women in the Macy family. Three Macy sisters, Deborah, Beth Heather, and Margaret, have each exhibited professionally for decades, but showing together has more meaning to them.
