- An order updating the fire department’s fee schedule
- An order requesting a vote to permanently finance several projects in the amount of $29,550,000 and issue/renew temporary notes in the amount of $26,375,551
- A motion requesting the city auditor, chief financial officer and personnel director appear to discuss ongoing employee title changes in order to alter said employee’s pay
