Microplastic Madness film screening and informational event

October 18 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Local nonprofit Climate Reality Massachusetts Southcoast is hosting a film screening of Microplastic Madness, an award-winning, kid-friendly film with an optimistic take on the local and global plastic pollution crisis as told through a refreshing urban youth point of view with an inspiring take action message.

The event will also include a presentation from Mary Lou Nicholson from Be the Solution to Pollution and student speakers on ways to go zero waste in schools. The event will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at DeMello Elementary School in Dartmouth on Oct. 18. It is FREE and open to the public. All ages are welcome. Refreshments will be for sale.
